Hello everyone! It’s time for the yearly AJET Sumo event, and we are excited to announce that applications to attend are now being accepted.

The tournament will be hosted at the Fukuoka Kokusai Center from Sunday November 10th until the 24th. The events are long, beginning around 8am and running until almost 6pm!
We are proposing to attend the tournament on either the 16th or 17th of November (a Saturday or Sunday respectively). The price will vary depending on the seating you would prefer, and it is possible to reserve a bento alongside your ticket.

Note: As Sumo is an incredibly popular event, tickets sell out quickly and are difficult to acquire. This is why we must use a third party service to support us in securing tickets for our group. This does unfortunately incur a service charge to the overall ticket cost. The deadline to pre-order with them is by the middle of September – however, this will guarantee we can join in on the fun!
It is your choice for where you would prefer to sit, and how much you are comfortable to pay. In previous years, JETs have chosen a variety of seating arrangements.
