It’s the perfect escape from city life, offering sea views and beautiful seasonal flowers. While the island is small enough to explore on foot, be prepared for some hills—or take the local bus for an easier ride!
Flower Picnic with Fukuoka West!
On a bright and sunny Saturday morning, Fukuoka West & Friends set sail for a day of adventure! The ferry ride was short but sweet, and we soaked in the refreshing sea breeze as we cruised toward our destination. Spirits were high as we eagerly anticipated the beauty of Nokonoshima Island Park.
Prepped with homemade bentos and an assortment of tasty snacks, we found the perfect picnic spot in the park. We spread out our blankets near the vibrant nanohana (rapeseed flowers), taking in the stunning ocean views as we enjoyed our goodies.
Another one of the highlights of the park was the adorable petting zoo! We had a blast feeding the friendly rabbits and goats, who were more than happy to accept our treats. Nokonoshima is a must-visit for any season!
