Hi everyone, Fukuoka AJET here. This year’s final FAJET party will be held on the 22nd of this month. You still have time to get on board but spaces are filling up fast!
JETs and non-JET friends are welcome to attend.
Main Event – Mariera Cruise
Cost: 10,030 yen (to be paid on the day at the ticket office)
The main event will be a deluxe dinner on the Mariera Cruise Ship. The ship will cruise around Hakata Bay for 130 minutes while we enjoy a buffet and unlimited drinks course. Since this is an upscale cruise, we would like to suggest a dress code of smart/smart casual evening wear.

Please arrive at Bayside Place between 5 and 5:20 pm. We need everyone to arrive on time to collect money, pay for tickets and prepare for the 6pm departure. Please do not be late – departure cannot be delayed!
- Important note: If participants drop out less than one week before the event, we will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%-100% of their fare.
- Participants who drop out will be responsible for this charge so please keep this in mind.
Sayonara Nijikai – Lee’s Bar (from 9pm)
Let’s keep this party going! The nijikai will be at Lee’s Bar in Nakasu, an easy 20 minute walk from the port, or 5 minutes from Nakasu-Kawabata Station. It’s a great little karaoke bar with a good range of alcoholic (including cocktails) and non-alcoholic beverages, priced mostly at 500-700 yen. There is a seating charge of 500 yen
- This event is pay per drink and includes karaoke.
